Beginning May 3rd, 2021 we will be offering both curbside service and traditional appointments for our clients and their pets. In order to continue to best protect our staff and our clients, those clients wanting a traditional appointment must agree to the following conditions:
No client should enter the hospital if they are ill or having any COVID-19 related symptoms.
Must wear an appropriate facing covering
Only 1 client in the hospital/exam room at a time per doctor. Upon arrival, clients should call the office and wait at their vehicle until a staff member escorts them and their pet(s) directly to an exam room.
Due to the limited space in the exam rooms, samples for lab tests will be obtained in the hospital treatment area (outside the exam room), whenever possible.
Must exit from the exam room directly to the parking lot.
If you are unable to meet the conditions for a traditional appointment, we will be happy to see you and your pet by utilizing our curbside service.
Tech appointments, retail sales, and medication refills will continue to be only available by curbside service.
