Dr. Richardson joined Pawleys Veterinary Hospital after graduating from the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. A Georgetown, South Carolina native, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Clemson University College of Agriculture, Forestry, and Life Sciences.

Growing up on her family’s farms inspired her lifelong passion for veterinary medicine and gave her experience caring for both companion animals and livestock. Dr. Richardson is Fear Free Certified and has special interests in preventive medicine, surgery, and working dogs. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients while helping their pets live long, healthy lives.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Richardson enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and their five dogs—Jack, Rooster, Harwin, Rex, and Nala. She also enjoys working on the family farm, training her dogs, reading, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
